WHAT THIS PLACE OFFERS

What's included

With a fully stocked kitchenette, running water, electricity, 1/2 bathroom, wood stove, and Toyo gas heater, this yurt could hardly be considered glamping.

Sleeping arrangements: We have a custom-built bunk bed (Full + Twin mattress) plus a Queen bed. Host provides all linens, blankets, and pillows. Queen bed has been added since pictures were taken.

Bathroom: There is a sink and toilet in the yurt. While there is NO shower onsite, Lakeside Laundromat is minutes away with full-service laundry and showers available. Host does provide towels.

Kitchenette: Including pots, pans, microwave, toaster, stove, sink, dishes, coffee pot, and more. We have everything you need to prep a meal, whether you're cooking instant oatmeal or a Michelin star-worthy salmon dish... We just don't have an oven. Host provides basic spices, coffee, and tea. At this time, the sink is cold water only - there is NO hot water available.

No pets
No smoking in the yurts
No parties or eventsNo fishing on Fish Creek - Prohibited due to Alaska State laws. Fish cleaning is also prohibited onsite.
No hunting on Dogstead property. This is a private property and not open to the public for hunting.
No exploring the dog kennel portion of the property unless you
have booked a tour with Team Petit. See "Tour" options for more info
Please respect other guests who are staying on the property
Smoking is allowed outdoors but not in the yurts
Please monitor burn bans for Matsu when deciding if you can have a campfire during your stay

Cancellation Policy:

Full refund up to 5 days prior to check-in
50% refund between 5 days and 24 hours prior to check in
No refund within 24 hours of check-in
